Can you take over our gate system from another company?
Yes. We service all major gate operators and access control platforms regardless of who installed them. We'll inspect the system, document what you have, transfer or rebuild your resident database, and take over maintenance and software management.
Do we have to replace our gates to upgrade our access control?
Often, no. If the gates and operators are in good condition, we can upgrade the access control alone, such as adding a video intercom, smartphone access or cloud management. If an operator is worn out or undersized for your traffic, we'll recommend replacing just that component.
How do residents get set up on a new system?
We handle onboarding. We load resident information, issue credentials or app invitations, provide step-by-step instructions for residents, and can host a training session so the switch goes smoothly.
How do fire trucks and ambulances get through our gate?
