Different Gate Types

There are many different types of gates on the market to choose from.
For example, there are Single Slide and Single Swing Gates, Double Slide and Double Swing Gates, and then you have Vertical Lift and Overhead Gates.
We build, install and service all of these types for
Single Residential, Multi-Tenant and Gated Communities and Commercial properties.

Different Gate Styles

Additionally, there are also many gate styles out there and since they can be customized, the styles are unlimited.
For instance, Steel, Wood, or a combination of both can look very traditional.
Also, Pickets with Finials, Swirls, and Medallions in the center all give a elegant look.

Access Control

Gates

Elantra can install your gates and automation so your property is more secure and will open for you and your guests, automatically when you are approaching or leaving your property.
Also, we can install radio receivers so you can use a remote or keyfob including the built in Home Link button in your vehicles overhead console.
Moreover, adding a Smart Intercom System to your gate can give you control over your gate system from anywhere via an App and Cloud Based software.
Additionally, Software Management is a service we offer as well if dealing with it is something you’d rather not do.

Doors

And then for Doors, Pedestrian Gates, and Private Bathrooms, we can add access control so you are required to have a card or code to access the area.
This would include:
Keypads or Card Readers,
Maglocks or Electric Strikes and,
Exit Buttons and Motion Sensors,
thus, creating a more secure area by preventing unauthorized entry.
Cellular, WiFi, and Ethernet connections can also be added to remotely program credentials for Pedestrian Gates, Pool Gates, Club Houses, and more!

Software Management

The gate automation and access control industry have advanced over the years tremendously with cloud based software and apps.
As a result, we offer software management for:
* Gated Communities
* Communities with Pool Gates
* Commercial and Residential properties
If you have cloud based software and would rather someone else deal with it, we are here to help.
HOA members change all the time and then no one knows what to do with it, and we have Residential properties that the customer has no computer experience or the desire, so instead of you hassling with it, Elantra can do it.
